Iron Body conditioning ,

Taijiquan, Qigong for health and balance, and realistic self-defense.

You'll develop power-speed athleticism , mental fortitude ("Iron Will") , and profound discipline, all within a supportive "Iron Mantis Family" committed to high ethical and moral values. Whether you're seeking competition-ready skills or practical "street survival" self-defense , our training is designed to build a fully rounded martial artist.

Kids Programs

Our youth martial arts program is built on a foundation of discipline, respect, and confidence, using the unique Iron Mantis System to develop well-rounded students. Kids learn the foundational striking and self-defense of Kung Fu and Kempo, combined with the practical grappling skills of Wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), all in a safe and supportive environment. Our focus goes beyond just physical training—we instill the "Iron Will" mindset, teaching goal-setting, focus, and the high moral values of the Iron Mantis Family. Give your child the tools to improve their fitness, balance, coordination, and ability to navigate challenges in school and in life.

Fitness Programs

Our training goes far beyond traditional workouts, offering a professional-grade strength and conditioning program seamlessly integrated with martial arts practice. You'll engage in rigorous Iron Body conditioning, power-speed athleticism drills, and practices like Taijiquan and Qigong for deep health, balance, and "Iron Will" mental fortitude. This comprehensive approach is designed to produce powerful, resilient athletes by developing explosive strength, cardiovascular fitness, and flexibility. Whether your goal is weight management, enhanced sports performance, or simply a healthier, more harmonious existence, our system offers a proven path to total physical and mental transformation.

TAICHI

Taijiquan (Tai Chi) and Qigong are traditional Chinese internal practices focused on cultivating and managing life energy, or chi (or qi), to promote health and longevity. Taijiquan, which translates to "Supreme Ultimate Fist," is often described as a moving meditation involving slow, graceful, continuous movements that coordinate breath with movement. It is utilized in the Iron Mantis system for sensitivity, balance, relaxation, and overall wellness. Qigong ("Cultivating Energy") consists of various gentle, specific exercises and breathwork designed to develop strength, flexibility, and mental focus, improving the flow of chi throughout the body, making it a key self-therapy practice for recovery and rehabilitation within the system. Both practices are essential components of the Iron Mantis system's holistic approach to developing the mind, body, and spirit

PRIVATE LESSONS

Private training in Iron Mantis offers a focused, customized path to self-improvement. It allows the practitioner to receive individualized attention and feedback directly from an instructor, addressing specific strengths, weaknesses, and learning pace without the pressure or distractions of a group setting. This personalized approach ensures the student gets immediate corrections on complex techniques, body mechanics, and philosophy, leading to faster, more precise skill development in areas like forms, grappling, or striking combinations. For a complex art like Iron Mantis, which integrates traditional Kung Fu, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and fitness , one-on-one sessions can ensure the seamless merger of these skills and provide a clearer, more dedicated path toward achieving mastery and comprehensive knowledge.

SEMINARS & WORKSHOPS

Group training sessions and specialized workshops offer the invaluable benefit of dynamic community and varied perspectives. Training alongside peers fosters a powerful sense of shared purpose and motivation, pushing participants to higher levels of performance through friendly competition and mutual support—a core element of the Iron Mantis club environment. This setting provides crucial realistic sparring and diverse partner practice (known as 'playing hands'), which is essential for adapting techniques to different body types and fighting styles. Furthermore, workshops, often focusing on specific skills like advanced grappling or weapons forms, provide an efficient way to rapidly expand a practitioner's knowledge base and benefit from the collective energy and diverse experience present in the group.
